Until now, JAL has aimed to increase the number of interested people by introducing foodstuffs from all over Japan, and to increase the related population through “food” by JAL selling them. In
collaboration with Ore no Co., Ltd., in order to continuously create a new flow of people to the region through “food”, we will open a restaurant called “Ore no French Grand Maison Otemachi” in Otemachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. We will regularly jointly hold a dinner event “Travel Maker’s Dinner” that utilizes ingredients that sleep in the world. At this dinner event, he was the manager of the restaurant, won the “16th Maitre de Servise Cup All Japan Tournament”, and was appointed as the “Chevalier of the Knights of Champagne”. ), who has won various awards both in Japan and overseas, and has received high acclaim as a sommelier.
In addition, after the dinner event, we will plan and implement a special tour where you can actually visit the area and experience the charm of the ingredients and products directly.

As the first step of this initiative, a dinner event where you can taste wine and ingredients from Niki-cho and Yoichi-cho, Hokkaido will be held on November 23 (Wednesday / holiday) at “Ore no French Grand Maison Otemachi”. In February 2023, we will carry out a premium tour to Niki-cho and Yoichi-cho, Hokkaido, including winery tours, together with Jalpak Co., Ltd. (located in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, President: Noboru Hirai).
As the second stage, we plan to hold a dinner event in late February 2023 (target area undecided), and we plan to hold events every three months in 2023 as well.
 JAL and Ore no Co., Ltd. will continue to disseminate information about ingredients and products that are unique to the region, and actively implement initiatives to revitalize the region by creating new flows of people and commerce.

Niki-cho and Yoichi-cho are picturesque towns surrounded by beautiful seas and mountains, and we aim to revitalize the region through new tourism centered on wine. This time, famous wineries will participate, and restaurants and producers will be connected by relay, and the charm of the regions of both towns will be transmitted through food, images, and the words of the creators.
