Nippon Benex Co., Ltd. Benex Iwanuma Solar Port is the 17th roof rental solar power plant for Benex Japan. 7,616 solar modules have been installed on the roof of Prologis Park Iwanuma, a logistics facility near Sendai Airport, and construction has now started. Annual power generation is expected to be approximately 3.79 million kWh, equivalent to approximately 1,260 households.
On November 3, 2018, Benex Japan started operating Benex Chiba 1 Solar Port (approximately 3.7 MW), which is one of the largest mega-solar power plants in Japan. .

With the operation of Benex Iwanuma Solar Port, the number of power plants owned by Benex Japan has increased to 34 (approximately 37.9 MW). Of these, 17 are rooftop solar power plants (approximately 28.9 MW).
Japan Benex will contribute to the further spread of renewable energy through the construction of solar power plants.
