Hosted by the Japan Package Design Association (JPDA), the Student Package Design Award is held every year with the aim of discovering and spreading the new appeal and value of package design together with students.
Package design not only conveys the information inside, but also combines various elements such as creative shapes, marketing, and awareness of the SDGs. In response to the growing interest in package design in recent years, we will hold an award from 2022 that can be participated by any student who is interested in package design, not just art and art schools.
The design and creativity of the works will be competed, and after strict judging by the JPDA member judges who are active in the package design world and external special judges, Grand Prize, Gold Prize, Silver Prize, Bronze Prize, Special Jury Prize, etc. will be selected. In addition, the winning works will be included in the “Yearbook Japanese Package Design” (published every other year).
