LODU Co., Ltd. (hereafter, LODU), which handles SDGs education, and Kaiho Sangyo Co., Ltd. (hereafter, Kaiho Sangyo), a pioneer in vein industry, have collaborated to create a mechanism for organizations to create new SDGs projects and initiatives. We started crowdfunding on November 30th for the commercialization of an original game where you can learn.
Currently, the SDGs are approaching the halfway point toward 2030, and although awareness and understanding are progressing, there are many organizations, regardless of whether they are companies, local governments, or educational institutions, that are wondering how to put them into practice. To do.
On the other hand, there are companies that are implementing advanced initiatives, such as Kaiho Sangyo, which is active both in Japan and overseas. Therefore, LODU aims to develop a game that allows you to learn about the businesses practiced in Kaiho Industry and the mechanisms within the organization to create businesses, based on case studies.
Crowdfunding started on November 30, with the aim of using this game to practice the SDGs while making use of the characteristics of each organization throughout Japan.

In Kaiho Sangyo’s original game, each player becomes a leader who moves the organization, and by creating various new initiatives and businesses, it is a game that realizes a sustainable society. The target age of the game is from elementary school to adults, and it is designed so that the learning obtained from the game changes for each target. The future we aim for in the game is a well-being society, a recycling society, a decarbonized society, and a society in harmony with nature. These four societies are important themes that are said to be the goal of the world, even in reality.

At Kaiho Sangyo, we have developed a variety of businesses that contribute to the realization of four societies in our 53 years of business experience. In this game, as a representative initiative, several projects are taken up and made into cards. These efforts of Kaiho Sangyo can be explained as efforts necessary for future organizational reform, even in light of the latest management theory. In this game, we also provide learning opportunities linked to management theory for corporate training.

This time, we plan to release the PDF version of the game
commercialized through crowdfunding for free so that anyone can download and play it. We hope that this game will be used by various organizations throughout Japan as content for creating SDGs projects to create a better society together with everyone.
