This year, we have prepared 3 types of limited ice cakes!
An ice cake made with two types of gelato: milk and strawberry. This year, we put micro-dried strawberries between layers of gelato to fully enjoy the taste of strawberries.
“Fragola” means “strawberry” in Italian.

Gelateria Marghera, a long-established gelato specialty store in Milan’s luxury residential area Marghera, was founded in 1979 by Franco Pravettoni, who is also a gelato craftsman. Inspired by the gelato of the bar run by Franco’s parents, the shop was started as “Gelateria Artigianale” (artisan gelateria). We offer gelato that continues to be loved by Milanese, while preserving the traditional recipe used.

In addition to the most popular gelato, the menu of the Milan head office includes “Dopocena (parfait)”, a beautiful cool dessert using gelato and seasonal fruits, and “Biscotti”, a nostalgic iced sandwich with gelato sandwiched between biscuits. Sweets that refined the biscuit ice cream that I often ate as a child in a Milanese style. It was born in 2011 from founder Franco’s desire to have more people enjoy gelato casually. British whole grain cookies are sandwiched between biscuits and cookies to match 5 types of gelato, such as refreshing milk flavored gelato and pistachio flavored salty biscuits.
