New winter product “Nokuchi Nouveau CONTINUOUS” from Mizonoguchi Brewery. Simultaneous release on November 17th at the taproom and dealers
The second collaboration series with “TM Paint” is a fruit sour ale using about 200kg of Muscat Berry A from Yamanashi Prefecture.
“Mizo no Kuchi Brewery” (Local Dining Co., Ltd. / Representative Director Koji Sakakibara), which has a craft beer brewery in Kanagawa Prefecture, will release “Nokuchi Nouveau CONTINUOUS” on Thursday, November 17, 2022. This product, which is the second collaboration series with the illustrator “TM Paint”, is on sale for a limited time and in limited quantities at Mizonoguchi Brewery Taproom, the official online shop, and other stores.

Fruit sour ale made with 200kg of Muscat Berry A harvested in Yamanashi Prefecture
“Like beer, like wine. We want you to enjoy the harmony of freshly picked grapes and beer without being overly bound by style or category.”
About 200 kg of Muscat Berry A, which was delivered to Mizonokuchi Brewery from a farmer in Yamanashi Prefecture, was made into fruit juice by the staff working together.
We devised the concept of beer that can only be made during the grape harvest season, named Nouveau.
While many fruit beers are mixed with fruit juice at the end to make it easier to express the fruitiness, this year’s Nokuchi Nouveau chose to ferment it together with the wort. The yeast was also a mix of Farmhouse and Sour and brewed so that all ingredients worked together. A special craft beer that harmonizes fruit juice and wort so that it looks like a halfway between red and rosé, and you can feel both sparkling wine and sour ale in the mouth.

I want to make sure the grapes live well because I use grapes. However, because it is crowned with nouveau, it is not like a sweet juice, it has a mature atmosphere.
The word Continuous has the connotation of being continuous. However, in the world of climbing, it is used when tying ropes together and climbing together. “Nokuchi Nouveau Contiuous” was named with the idea that the wort and fruit juice cooperate with each other to climb to a higher level.
Regardless of category or stereotype, this is beer too. Rather, I would be simply happy if you took away that kind of thing and drank it!
