Kazuyoshi Mizuguchi
In 1995, won the French cuisine competition. In 1997, he represented Japan at the Bocuse d’Or French Cuisine World Tournament. In 2004, he became the first owner and chef of La Bombance. Awarded one Michelin star in 2007. In 2011, he opened a number of bridal restaurants in Kyoto, and engaged in restaurant consulting, menu planning, staff guidance, traveling chefs, and culinary school instructors.

O-Bouche does not have a fixed menu. Seasonal ingredients are used, and chef Mizuguchi offers a different dish every day from carefully selected ingredients.
