●Jam and marmalade that make the most of the ingredients
“Strawberry & Framboise” and “Blueberry & Peach” jams that make the most of the ingredients are made with granulated sugar that has a light sweetness and is finished with the original flavor of the fruit. In addition, without using acidulants, you can fully enjoy the ingredients by making full use of the sourness and sweetness of the fruit and using plenty of fruit.
The “marmalade orange & lemon that makes the most of the ingredients” also uses granulated sugar, so you can enjoy the refreshing sourness and sweetness of each orange and lemon, as well as the texture and moderate bitterness of the orange peel.
Bean paste spread made with domestic adzuki beans
Using adzuki beans from Hokkaido, we have prepared “koshian” and “tsubuan”, which are popular in both eastern and western Japan. The strained bean paste is smooth and fine, and the grainy bean paste is finished so that you can enjoy the texture.
