Demonstration experiment of a warm bed cover at a nursing home because it prevents heat radiation
Nippon Heat Shield Co., Ltd. expands sales at “Care House Denen” (Ashikaga City), receiving high praise such as “I stopped using electric blankets.”
Japan Thermal Insulation Co., Ltd. (Location: 185-2, Isobu-cho, Ashikaga City, Tochigi Prefecture, Representative Director: Shuhei Noguchi), which develops heat shielding materials and heat shielding methods, prevents the release of heat by covering it with futons and blankets. A demonstration experiment was recently conducted at Care House Den-en (Ashikaga City, Tochigi Prefecture), a low-cost nursing home for the elderly, for an “adult bed cover” that will keep you warm. We received high praise, with comments such as, “I no longer have numbness in my feet due to sensitivity to cold,” “I have stopped using electric blankets,” “I have reduced the number of comforters,” and “I am glad that they are light.” Although this bed cover was developed at the end of December 2021, the production system has not been set up, and it will actually start full-scale sales this winter. The price is 8800 yen (tax included) per piece. Based on the results of the demonstration experiment, we expect to sell 2,000 sheets this winter.
