NTT Advanced Technology Corporation (hereafter: NTT-AT, Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President: Tadashi Ito), ServiceNow (hereafter: ServiceNow, Inc., Japanese subsidiary: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: James McCridy) ) as a Sales Partner.
NTT-AT has introduced ServiceNow(R) as part of its efforts to improve operational efficiency through its own DX (digital transformation), and is promoting its application to various operations, including internal operations, as well as concluding a Technology Partner agreement. We have provided a collaborative application between the RPA tool “WinActor (R)” and ServiceNow at the “ServiceNow Store Japan version”. In addition, as a Service Partner, we have supported the construction of a DX promotion environment using ServiceNow, mainly in the customer’s IT department and common department. By being certified as a Sales Partner this time, it is now possible to provide a human-centric work environment using ServiceNow more speedily and one-stop.
NTT-AT will strengthen its cooperation with ServiceNow, and will utilize the knowledge and technical capabilities it has acquired through its efforts to date to serve as a Technology Partner, a Services Partner, and as a newly certified Sales Partner, helping customers promote DX. We will continue to support you.

■ Background
NTT-AT will introduce ServiceNow as part of promoting the efficiency of its own business through “own DX”, combine it with WinActor, which has the No. 1 number of domestic sales introductions, and link it with various business systems such as core systems and legacy systems. We have been working to expand the scope of utilization, such as by automating and improving the efficiency of various procedures in our own operations and customer services.
In addition, as a Services Partner*1, we support the construction of a DX promotion environment for BPO operations such as business operations, inquiry reception, help desks, and various procedures for our customers’ IT departments and common departments. Based on this, we have released three Store applications, such as WinActor and ServiceNow collaboration applications, in the Japanese version of the ServiceNow Store *2 *3 *4. These series of activities have been highly evaluated, and we are currently certified as a Premier Partner. This time, we have been certified as a Sales Partner in order to provide speedy and one-stop support for the provision of a DX promotion environment that utilizes ServiceNow to provide new value to our customers.

Currently, NTT-AT connects ServiceNow x WinActor x various business systems in internal and external operations centered on BPO operations such as customer IT departments and common departments, and
