Culture Generation Japan Co., Ltd. (Chuo-ku, Tokyo / CEO Takuya Hotta, hereinafter referred to as CGJ), a business producing company that aims to inherit and create world-class Japanese culture, has received a commission from Fukushima Prefecture to produce handicrafts from Fukushima Prefecture. “FUKUSHIMA CRAFT DINING-Marriage of tableware and food-”, an event with the theme of “Marriage of tableware and food” by 10 top restaurants in Fukushima Prefecture and Tokyo https://fukushima-craft.jp/craft-caravan/ will be held from November 21st (Monday) to December 18th (Sunday), 2022 and January 16th (Monday) to February 12th (Sunday), 2023.
* CGJ will be entrusted with the planning and operation of this project by Fukushima Prefecture.
Experience the charm of Fukushima’s crafts at top restaurants in Tokyo and Fukushima
“FUKUSHIMA CRAFT DINING -Marriage of tableware and food-” includes Michelin 1-star Japanese restaurant “Waketokuyama” (Minami-Azabu, Tokyo), “Nogizaka Shin” (Nogizaka, Tokyo), France A total of 10 top restaurants in Tokyo and Fukushima, including the restaurant “HAGI” (Iwaki, Fukushima) and the Cantonese restaurant “Shunka Nakamura” (Higashi-nihonbashi, Tokyo) participated, and the chefs selected crafts from Fukushima. In addition to offering a limited menu using tableware and ingredients and sake from Fukushima Prefecture, we will also incorporate crafts into the decoration of the store, providing an experience where you can enjoy the crafts and food of Fukushima Prefecture with all five senses.
