The first event was held in December 2021 with the theme of “a rich life in 10 years”, and the Grand Prix was awarded to Green Ace Co., Ltd. We supported the first step to create the future of the food business, such as investing 25 million yen from the Future Food Fund. The second event will be held in a contest format in June 2022 with the theme of “Creating value for upcycled ingredients, which are attracting increasing attention in the SDGs”. More than 20
food-related companies were judged, and Tokyo Farmfood Co., Ltd.’s fresh pasta “Field gift” won the Grand Prix. After that, it is planned to be handled as a product on the Oisix EC site early next year. In this 3rd competition, we didn’t narrow down the theme, and asked for a wider range of food products and ideas. The final examination will be conducted in a matching format between the judges invited from each company and the participants.
