Background of the business alliance
Our association was established as a voluntary organization in June 2019 and has been operating as a general incorporated association since October 2020.
We are working to spread DX to the food and beverage industry through numerous events and community management together with many industry companies and industry groups, including supporting members centered on technology companies.
The purpose of this business alliance is to spread the usefulness of technology and digital technology in restaurant management to restaurants throughout Japan.
-Details of partnership-
・ Dispatching lecturers (supporting members and board advisors) in the DX area to regular board meetings and study sessions of councils in each region
・Establishment of a consultation desk for solving food and beverage DX issues at restaurants in each region
・Support for publicity and PR aspects of council activities

Until now, in the food and beverage industry, although there are organizations of major chains or small groups scattered in each region, there are no large-scale organizations on a nationwide scale, so there was no contact point for negotiations with the government. Therefore, this year, we will start making proposals to the
government, prefectural offices, city halls, etc.
In the future, we will tie up with the government and develop a commercial agglomeration that takes into account the regional design and townscape, and draw a future map of “creating a city full of individuality.”
