In 1931, Jaeger-LeCoultre launched the Reverso, a classic timepiece of 20th century design. Built to withstand the rigors of polo, the clean Art Deco lines and unique flip case make this watch instantly recognizable. Ninety years after its birth, Reverso has constantly changed its existence without compromising its identity. Featuring more than 50 calibers, the blank metal back provided a canvas for creative expression, embellished with enamels, engravings and gemstones. The Reverso, which celebrated its 90th anniversary last year, continues to symbolize the contemporary spirit that inspired its birth.

About “Maid of Makers”
Launched in 2022, the “Made of Makers” program brings together a community of artists, designers and craftsmen from different fields outside watchmaking. Expanding the dialogue that exists between watchmaking and art, the program builds on the fundamental principles that have always defined Jaeger-LeCoultre: creativity, expertise and precision. The program focuses on world-class creators who share the Jaeger-LeCoultre values and create works that explore new forms of expression through different and sometimes unexpected materials and mediums. Each year, the new works produced through the program will enhance the exhibitions Jaeger-LeCoultre presents around the world, develop selected themes, deepen our engagement with Jaeger-LeCoultre, and contribute to broader conversations about art, craft and design. Offer audiences new opportunities to join.
