While the breakfast price remains the same, we welcome customers with a full line-up of dishes that use ingredients from Hiroshima Prefecture and local gourmet dishes, as well as an increased menu that focuses on “freshly made”.

Dining Luore offers a colorful breakfast buffet in a comfortable space where the refreshing morning sun shines through the large windows. This time, we have carried out a major renewal while reflecting customer feedback, aiming for “breakfast that makes you want to go out of your way to eat” and “breakfast that you want to eat even if you stay.” The number of items has been expanded from 42 to 56, and the breakfast buffet has been reborn as a rich variety. The main points of the renewal are “enhancement of the corner”, “enjoyment of Hiroshima’s food culture” and “freshly made”. This time, we have newly established a Japanese food corner and a cereal and fruit corner where you can find local Japanese side dishes such as “Hiroshima specialty Gansu”, “Kure specialty Nikujaga”, and “Hiroshima chicken fried chicken”. In addition, freshly cooked rice made with Koshihikari rice from Hiroshima Prefecture can be enjoyed with Japanese side dishes, or the staff recommended “ontama oyster soy sauce butter rice”, or crocodile (* means shark in dialect) Yukke. We propose a variety of ways to eat, such as toppings of your choice and toppings of your choice on top of rice, pouring umami-rich ago dashi, and making your own premium ochazuke.
In addition, entertainment elements such as freshly baked croissants and stand cooking (omelets made with your favorite ingredients / thickly sliced bacon) are provided by the chef in front of you, so you can double the fun during your consecutive stay. We offer an extensive menu.
