SAL Co., Ltd. (Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Taku Uozumi, hereinafter referred to as our company), which conducts web consulting business and home team building support business, is a consulting service “remodooo!” (hereinafter referred to as this service) has been newly released.

It’s been a few years since the word “work style reform” started to permeate. Currently, it is said that there are about 1.48 million women in Japan who cannot work even if they want to work (*1).
It cannot be said that the environment in which women can balance work and family is still in place.
Therefore, we have developed a service “remodooo!” to solve management problems using moms.
In the three years from 2019 to 2022, we have been working with more than 200 moms to work on website creation, sales, and accounting. While providing employment opportunities for mothers who cannot work even if they want to work, which is also a social problem, we have also solved management issues.
“remodooo!”, a service for working moms to help companies, is now available “remodooo!” is a combination of remote (working from home) and do (doing things properly).
The three “o’s” represent the cooperation of the client company, mothers, and our company.

It is a consulting service that thoroughly supports securing excellent mothers who can work from home as working human resources and effectively operating them.

We are a company that has been helped by moms who work from home. By effectively utilizing outsourced mothers, we were able to reduce hiring costs from 1.2 million yen to 120,000 yen per person and increase the number of new inquiries from 3 to 20 or more per month. In addition, the overtime work of employees has been greatly reduced, and we have succeeded in raising the operating profit margin from single digits to double digits.

Through this initiative, we were able to secure employment for mothers who wanted to work, and the company was able to make a profit, and we were able to discover a new way of organization in the future. In line with the trend of the times, when diverse work styles are being advocated, companies will be required to review “organizations composed only of regular employees” in the future.
We will continue to enlighten the way of a new organization through “remodooo!” With our service called “remodooo!”, which is filled with our human resource utilization know-how, we will be a bridge that connects moms and companies.
At the same time, we aim to solve the management issues faced by various companies in 47 prefectures through “remodooo!”.
