[Selection] Announcement of the 2023 season top team selection of “COEDO KAWAGOE F.C” aiming for the J League from Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture on December 9th (Friday)

COEDO KAWAGOE F.C. has been two years since the club was founded in 2020. We are a new venture football club.
In the 2021 season, the club started in the Kawagoe City 2nd division league (equivalent to J11), won the league, and was promoted to the Kawagoe city 1st division league (equivalent to J10).
In the 2022 season, which will be the season, we won the Kawagoe City 1st division league (equivalent to J10) and won the promotion tournament after that, and from the 2023 season, we have been promoted to the Saitama Prefecture 3rd division league (equivalent to J9). The club continues to grow steadily, with more than 500 spectators coming to the games in the 2022 season.

In terms of business, the number of partner (sponsor) companies has exceeded 160, mainly in Kawagoe, in the second year since its establishment, and the scale of business has expanded to the top class of the Saitama league.
In the future, we will boldly take on the challenge of constructing our own artificial turf soccer ground.
In terms of soccer, there are many former J-league players, players who have experience playing overseas, and players who graduated from the Kanto University soccer division 1 league last year and J-club youth, and are working hard every day.
In the 2023 season, with the goal of “capturing the Emperor’s Cup Saitama representative within 3 years of establishment”, the team needs to strengthen further, and this selection will be held. [Overview of 2023 Season Selection]
