Atelier Bond / Saori Noda
Fascinated by the beauty of greenery, the beauty of plant formations, and the comfortable breeze and air, I made a U-turn from Tokyo, where I spent 10 years, to Yamanashi.
Wanting to create something that makes people feel closer to the richness and beauty of nature, she creates products with motifs of mountains and nature in her atelier in Nirasaki City. My hobby is mountain climbing. 1987 Born in Minami Alps City, Yamanashi
Prefecture. Graduated from Musashino Art University, majoring in woodworking
1978 Born in Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture
2002 Graduated from Musashino Art University, Department of Spatial Design 2011 Trained at Soshigaya Pottery
2015 Built a kiln in Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture
Created with motifs such as clouds and the sky.
The works and their colors, which are made by tatara making and hand-twisting, remind us of the night sky illuminated by stars and the scene of dawn seen from the foot of Mt. Yatsugatake.

Using a unique glaze created from the ashes of burnt branches of Kyoho, Peach, Lito, and Cherry trees from Yamanashi, the works express the rich colors of each tree itself. In this exhibition, we will introduce the works of Mr. Ryo Mitsui, the second generation of Nichigetsu Kiln.
