Prizes will be given to 1st to 3rd place!
Your special carbonara will be judged by Mr. Elio Orsala, the owner of the authentic Italian restaurant “Elio Locanda Italiana” and Ms. Tiziana Alanprese, the ambassador of the web magazine “ITALIANITY”! The top three winners will receive luxurious prizes such as a carbonara-making experience at the Italian Embassy and an invitation ticket for a pair dinner at “Erio Locanda”.

Follow the ITALIANITY official Instagram (@italianity_jp) and add the hashtags “#my carbonara” and “#LamiaCarbonara” to post your own carbonara (photo and recipe). The judges are Mr. Elio Orsala, the owner of the authentic Italian restaurant “Elio Locanda Italiana” in Kojimachi, Tokyo, and Mr. Tiziana Alanprese, ambassador for the web magazine “ITALIANITY”. Two people judge directly and decide 1st place to 3rd place.
Winners will receive luxurious prizes such as a special plan that allows them to experience carbonara making at the Italian Embassy, a dinner pair invitation ticket for “Elio Locanda Italiana”, and an assortment of Italian products.
