ŠKODA launches Pay to Park service in Europe in collaboration with Parkopeida

Future expansion plans
Following a successful pilot phase, ŠKODA AUTO will first introduce Pay to Park in Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany and Norway. In addition, it will be expanded to eight countries: France, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Holland, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Pay to Park requires an active ŠKODA Connect account and Remote Vehicle Access must be enabled. Once payment data is collected in the MyŠKODA app and the service is activated, it can also be accessed instantly via the infotainment system, allowing ŠKODA drivers to see payable parking spaces online. Upon arrival at the parking spot, the driver can select a parking time and extend it using the app if necessary. Payment is made online after the parking session is finished.
