[Social X] Concluded “Agreement on Public-Private Co-Creation for DX/CX Promotion” with Toyota City
-Strategically accelerate DX in Toyota City by utilizing the “Reverse Propo Concierge”-
Social X Co., Ltd. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative Directors: Yukiyasu Isaji, Daiki Ito, hereinafter “Social X”) has announced that through DX as part of the efforts of the “Toyota City Connected Social Demonstration Promotion Council” Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture (Mayor: Toshihiko Ota) and Social X Research Institute Co., Ltd. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Ito Daiki) and signed an “agreement on public-private co-creation for the promotion of DX/CX”. Going forward, based on this agreement, while utilizing the knowledge and networks of Social X and Social X Research Institute, we will promote
collaboration between Toyota City and private companies, etc., and accelerate Toyota City’s DX.
Toyota City is promoting DX (digital transformation) based on its Digital Resilient Strategy (formulated in February 2021). In the midst of the need to promote and realize a “new normal era” in the wake of the new coronavirus infectious disease, in order to improve the quality of life of citizens and revitalize the region, not only efforts within the government but also , it is necessary to promote DX that actively utilizes digital technology to address various regional issues arising from population decline and the progress of a super-aging society.
On the other hand, in order to improve CX (customer experience) such as improving citizen services and improving experience and value through DX, we will actively work on collaboration with private companies that provide and develop various digital technologies. Therefore, Toyota City has decided to work on measures related to DX, which are being considered by each section of the city, in cooperation with private companies.
