The Ritz-Carlton, Kyoto (Location: Kamogawa Nijo Ohashi Bridge, Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto City; General Manager: Carlos Tarello) has announced that The Ritz-Carlton’s social and environmental responsibility activities, “Community Footprint ”, “Charity Breakfast” will be held on Monday, December 12, 2022.

At The Ritz-Carlton, under the basic philosophy of “Community Footprint” of “Participation, Contribution, and Inspiration,” we have set three goals: Hunger and Poverty Relief, Children’s Happiness, and Environmental Conservation. Focusing on the field, ladies and gentlemen are making efforts to actively contribute to the community. At the “Charity Breakfast”, which will be held for the first time in three years, a free breakfast prepared by employee volunteers will be provided to those who bring Christmas gifts to the venue on the day of the event.
The “Charity Breakfast” held since 2017 has been a Christmas feature of our hotel, with many people participating every year. In 2019, the last time we held the event, we were able to present 517 Christmas gifts donated by 442 participants to children in nursing homes in Kyoto City. All the ladies and gentlemen of The Ritz-Carlton, Kyoto are very honored to be able to hold this event for the first time in three years.

■ New and wrapped items (please refrain from food for safety reasons) ■Please select for boys/girls/unisex/target (kindergarten, elementary school, junior high school, high school) at the time of application. Also, please let the receptionist know when you arrive.
■Please bring at least as many presents as the number of participants, including small children.
■We kindly ask that you use public transportation to visit the museum on the day of the event.
