The word “entrepreneurship” is often translated as “entrepreneurial spirit,” and it is currently perceived as a mental attitude that is necessary only for entrepreneurs. On the other hand, there is also the view that entrepreneurship is essentially a mindset that is required of all people working in companies. In this session, students and working people will discuss how to perceive the latter, and by exchanging values and information, we will explore the
“entrepreneurship” that is required and necessary when working as a company employee.
