1. Find your Apple ID
First, let’s check your Apple ID. If you don’t know your registered Apple ID, you can check your Apple ID by opening the iCloud settings on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch and setting “iTunes and App Store”.

1. Log in to Apple’s official site iforget.apple.com – Enter “name” and “email address” – After tapping “Continue”, your Apple ID will appear.

2. Reset Apple ID Password in Settings
If you’re signed into iCloud on your iPhone/iPad/iPod touch and have two-factor authentication enabled on your Apple ID, you can change your iCloud password directly. If you forget your security question, you can easily change it.
Step 1. Open “Settings” on your iPhone/iPad/iPod touch.

Step 4. Enter your iPhone screen lock passcode and enter your new iCloud password twice. Click the “Change” button on the upper right. So I changed the password of Apple ID and iCloud ID.
3. Reset your password with Apple Support
If you can’t change or reset your password using the steps above, it’s possible that you’re not signed in to iCloud on the device in question, or that your Apple ID doesn’t have two-factor authentication enabled. In that case, you should try the steps below.
Step 1. Open your Apple ID account management interface in your browser. Step 2, Click “Forgot your Apple ID or password?”

Step 3, Enter the iCloud ID (email address) of the forgotten password and click “Continue”.

Step 6-1, If you select “Receive Email”, Apple will send an email to your recovery email address. You can open that email and follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
Step 6-2, If you select “Answer security questions”, you need to answer your date of birth and security questions. If all the answers are correct, you can reset your password.
4. Unlock the password with a special tool
