This year, with the theme of “tropical winter garden”, not only plants familiar to Christmas such as poinsettia and fir trees, but also tropical trees made of tropical plants such as bromeliad and anthurium will be displayed.

Winter garden of light and flowers
In December, we will hold a hula dance event “Hula Tropical” for the first time since the museum opened, as well as various workshops to make preserved flower arrangements, aromatherapy, and New Year’s decorations with moss balls.

Exhibition room 3
We will extend the opening until 21:00 so that you can enjoy the illumination specially. If you have a ticket stub, you can re-enter the museum only on the same day. Please enjoy both gardens during the day when you can enjoy the colors of the plants and at night when you can enjoy the winter garden lit up with illuminations.

A tree made of 200 pineapple plants of 15 types, 5m high
In “Exhibition room 2 Irodori-no-Niwa”, there is a huge tree about 5 meters high made of 200 pineapple plants of 15 kinds. A tree made of red and white poinsettias is on display. In addition, you can enjoy various arrangements in various places in the museum, such as trees decorated with nuts and cute stuffed animals in the exhibition room. 20% discount on admission fee! Enjoy the winter garden with Christmas cosplay for 2 days only!

Special plan for two days only on December 17th (Sat) & December 18th (Sun). This is a two-day-only event where everyone can join together to create a Christmas mood in the winter garden of lights and flowers. The entrance fee will be discounted by 20% if you wear two or more items including a reindeer costume or hat, such as Santa’s hat or costume top and bottom (jacket/trousers).
