Alphanote Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, Representative: Kazuyuki Kawabata, hereinafter Alphanote), which operates as a payment agency company, will expand its headquarters office in line with business expansion and an increase in the number of employees. We are pleased to inform you that we have started our business from the 28th of May.
Purpose and background of floor expansion
Since its establishment in 2004, Alphanote has provided payment services to many businesses, and most recently, despite the corona crisis, it has achieved 9 consecutive quarters of revenue growth. In April 2022, the number of installations will reach 30,000, and we are focusing on developing new services and new businesses to acquire more new customers and improve the satisfaction of our member stores. This time, Alphanote has expanded its office in order to increase the number of employees due to business growth and organizational expansion. With the expansion, we aim to create an office environment that makes it easier for employees to work.

The main purpose of this expansion was to expand the office space by increasing the number of employees. Approximately 60 seats have increased due to the floor expansion, and desks for more than 150 employees can now be prepared.

The settlement agency business has been the core business of Alphanote since its establishment. We provide face-to-face and non-face-to-face payment services and support the introduction of many businesses. For face-to-face payments, we have released a multi-payment terminal that supports more than 30 types of payment services, and we are constantly improving it to meet needs.
■ Consumer credit business
In the consumer credit business, which started in July 2022, we provide shopping credit services to businesses. Shopping credit is a service in which Alphanote reimburses the purchase price when a user purchases goods or services at a store, etc. It can be used by users who do not have a credit card, and payment in installments is also possible.
