As a result of a questionnaire survey asking, “What is important when choosing a 5-star shampoo with good component analysis results?”, the first place was “damage care”.

1st place: can deal with damage
・Because the hair is originally thin, it is vulnerable to dryness and UV rays, and even if you take care of it, it will hurt immediately. That’s why we focus on analysis of damage care. (Female in her 30s) ・I’m particularly worried about dry hair due to hair loss and coloring, so it would be nice to be able to take care of the ends of the hair. (Female in her 40s)
・Bleaching makes my hair more susceptible to damage, but my ideal is to have shiny, undamaged hair, so I choose items that can care for damage as much as possible. (Female in her 20s)
The 1st place was “can do damage care”.
Many people said that their hair is thin and dries easily, and that they are concerned about damage caused by coloring.
2nd Place Gentle cleansing ingredients
・Because my skin is not strong to begin with, I am careful about the ingredients. After all, the organic type is less irritating and has a better scent, so I try to choose it preferentially. (Female in her 20s)
・If I continue to use a shampoo with a strong detergency, my hair will feel dry and squeaky, so I want to continue using it without worry. (Female in her 30s)
・My scalp is a little sensitive, so even if the ingredient analysis gives 5 stars, if the cleansing ingredients are not gentle, I won’t buy it. (Female in her 30s)
The 2nd place was “cleaning ingredients are gentle”.
Many people said that their skin was weak, and that if the cleansing power was strong, their hair would become squeaky.
3rd place Scalp care
・Because the problem of the scalp comes out in the late 30s. Because I’m getting older and I’m worried about the smell. (Female in her 40s) ・Because I think that the scalp is important for growing hair beautifully. A healthy scalp environment will lead to healthy hair growth. (Female in her 30s)
・I think that hair can be healthy only when the scalp environment is in place, so I think that a shampoo with good component analysis can make it happen. (Female in her 40s)
3rd place was “scalp care”.
There was an opinion that as I got older, I started to worry about the smell of my scalp, so I thought that if the scalp environment was in place, I could have healthy hair.
4th: moist and coherent
・My hair tends to dry out, so it’s best not to look dry. Because it doesn’t look like it’s damaged when the hair ends are gathered. (Female in her 20s)
・I have peculiar, easy-to-spread hair, and my hair is difficult to manage. (Female in her 20s)
・Because it has a strong habit and a lot of hair, it is a concern that it will swell quickly. By creating a moist finish, dryness and worrisome puffiness can be suppressed. (Female in her 40s)
The 4th place was “moistly settled”.
There was an opinion that it is because the hair is easy to dry and it has a habit and spreads easily.
5th: Suppress swell
・In my 40s, my hair texture changed, and my hair, which used to be relatively smooth, has become wavy. I think it’s easier to style if the swell is suppressed (female in her 40s)
・I have frizzy and wavy hair, so I want to use this product if it can reduce frizz and swell. (Female in her 30s)
・Because I’m worried about my habit and swell, and if there is something that can solve that problem, I feel like jumping on it. (Female in her 40s)
5th place was “Suppress swell”.
There was an opinion that if the swell is suppressed, it is easier to style, and people are worried about the habit and swell.
6th: Become glossy
・I want to return to healthy shiny hair because my hair quality has deteriorated due to age and childbirth, and it is always dry without moisture (Female in her 30s)
・As a final result, I want to make my hair shiny and beautiful. I’m worried about the peculiarities and swells, but the glossy finish gives the impression that everything is covered. (Female in her 40s) ・Because it looks beautiful. After drying, when I look at myself in the mirror and my hair is shiny, my tension goes up. (Female in her 20s)
6th place was “to become glossy”.
There was an opinion that the appearance becomes beautiful because the hair is dry without moisture.
summary
When we conducted a questionnaire with 149 people, 22.1% of the total answered that they could “care for damage”.
Also, as reasons for answering, there were many opinions such as because their hair is thin and easy to dry, and they are worried about damage due to coloring.
