BuzzFeed Japan signs multi-year strategic partnership with Taboola
BuzzFeed Japan Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter referred to as BuzzFeed Japan) today, December 1, 2022, signed a multi-year strategic partnership with Taboola, the world’s largest discovery platform. Under this partnership, BuzzFeed Japan and HuffPost Japan will leverage Taboola’s content discovery platform to deliver personalized content experiences and optimized advertising to a broad and engaged audience across Japan. In the future, BuzzFeed Japan will strategically work to further revitalize the digital marketing market through jointly held events.
BuzzFeed Japan CEO Scott Mackenzie said: “Taboola, with its deep knowledge of deep learning technology and user preferences, has become a very important partner for BuzzFeed Japan, and we have high expectations for Taboola, which has seen rapid growth in Japan recently.”
BuzzFeed Japan will continue to deliver content to everyone based on the philosophy of “Spread Joy & Truth Across the Internet” through five vertical media, including BuzzFeed Japan.
