Essence Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Eiki Yoneda, hereinafter referred to as “our company”) has announced that from December 16th, Keio Electric Railway Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: 1-9-1 Sekido, Tama City, Tokyo, Representative Director : Satoshi Tomura) started the “Study Abroad Program”. The “Study Abroad Program for Other Companies” is an initiative in which executive candidates from major companies are dispatched to growth ventures to gain new experiences and learning opportunities by working at other companies. While acquiring new connections and learning from others, we encourage self-reflection, questioning and challenging existing common sense.

・Main business: Operation of “LIFULL HOME’S”, one of the largest real estate and housing information sites in Japan, and “LIFULL Regional Revitalization” centered on the revitalization of vacant houses. ・Purpose of studying abroad: Acquire related skills through experience to increase the value of the region.
・Project: Consider measures to increase the number of related populations in Yokoze Town, Saitama Prefecture through LIFULL’s regional revitalization project.
