Hajimari Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative: Naoto Kimura, hereinafter Hajimari), a company that creates
independence for all people, is located on the 6th and 9th floors of the Shibuya DT Building, where the current headquarters is located, and on the 7th floor of the same building. We will add an office on the first floor.
Employees can choose where to work on their own, enabling them to work more independently.

Background of floor expansion
Since the spread of the new coronavirus, remote work has become widespread in many companies, and Hajimari has also introduced a “365-day remote work OK system” that allows employees to choose between remote work and going to the office at their own discretion. Due to the influence of this system, which emphasizes employee autonomy, the number of employees working with various backgrounds, such as raising children and living in a remote area from the headquarters, has increased, and the number of employees increased to 57 in March 2020. In December 2022, we have doubled the number of employees to 105.
We have also completed debt financing and are accelerating our growth as a company.
Under such circumstances, even if the number of employees increases, we have expanded the floor space so that all employees can freely choose between remote work and coming to the office and secure an environment where they can work.
Purpose of floor expansion

The six meeting rooms are named Thank, Danke, Grazie, Mahalo, Thanks and Merci. Create a place for communication
In text communication under remote work, there will be fewer chats between employees, but Hajimari would like to cherish new business ideas and innovations born from these casual chats.
On the expanded floor, we also increased the number of meeting rooms and meeting desks with an open atmosphere where employees can easily talk to each other.
The conference rooms are named after Hajimari’s value of “starting with gratitude,” which expresses the “thank you” of each country in the world.

Each booth is fully equipped with outlets and electricity.
Creating an environment where you can concentrate on online meetings Since 2020, the spread of online meetings has increased the efficiency of all work.
Even at Hajimari, many meetings are held online, both inside and outside the company.
By increasing the number of individual online conference booths, we have created an environment where employees participating in online conferences can concentrate more.
