■ About “Ippin Shokudo”
“Ippin Shokudo” unearths attractive local ingredients buried all over Japan, and cooks and processes them into appealing forms, including ingredients that have been lost until now. The store was opened with the aim of providing frozen food in a way that is less likely to cause food loss. In the future, we will especially focus on
“community-based” and open frozen side dish vending machines in areas where shopping is inconvenient, mainly in Edogawa-ku, Tokyo. It plays a role in supporting the food of downtown Tokyo.
