Martial artist “Masayoshi Naruse”, a member of the Preventive Medicine Research Association, “Personal Gym Rizaev” celebrates its 6th anniversary this year and has started a preventive medicine program! Mr. Masayoshi Naruse, the representative of Rizaev Co., Ltd., conducted training with an emphasis on the idea of preventive medicine. We are promoting the extension of healthy life expectancy by providing a place for local residents to build healthy bodies.
Masayuki Naruse, a martial artist who participates in the Preventive Medicine Research Association (Location: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Chairman: Jun Karibe, Chairman: Kina Takagi) as a counselor, “Personal Gym Rizaev”, which opened in Suginami-ku, Tokyo, celebrated its 6th anniversary in 2022 this year.

At the timing of this 6th anniversary, in March 2022, the second store “Personal Gym Rizaev Asagaya” will also open at the station next to the first store “Personal Gym Rizaev Ogikubo”. , provides a place for local residents to build healthy bodies, and enthusiastically teaches them every day!
Naruse Sanyo is a member of the inaugural class of RINGS, a martial arts group led by Japanese mixed martial arts pioneer Hiaki Maeda. He made his professional debut in 1992, and after that, he continued to be friends with Mr. Maeda, and in 2020, he also talked with Mr. Maeda on his YouTube channel.
Even now, I am studying Mr. Maeda as a disciple.
In addition, Mr. Naruse is a martial artist and personal trainer at our association, and has practical and quick-acting activities such as building a healthy body, muscle training to prevent dementia, and exercise to prevent locomotive syndrome so that he will not become bedridden in the future. We suggest a variety of exercises.
