February 22nd is Gunma-chan’s birthday. To celebrate “Gunma-chan”, we will hold a face-to-face birthday party for the first time in four years. We will also stream for those who cannot come to the venue. 1. Date/Venue

(1) Participation fee 1,000 yen for junior high school students and above / 500 yen for elementary school students and younger

・ A limited card for “Gunma-chan’s Birthday Party 2023” will be presented to visitors
・Greetings (12:00 to 13:00) and product sales (12:00 to 14:30) by the cast characters will be held in the hall on the 1st floor of the venue.
7. Miscellaneous
・The event will be streamed live for free on the prefecture’s official YouTube channel “tsulunos”. The delivery URL will be announced on the Gunma-chan official site on the day.
・Gunma Kaikan 1st floor hall will be open for free admission. ・Depending on the influence of the new coronavirus infection, the contents may change.
