■ January 4th (Wednesday) → January 10th (Tuesday) (until 5pm on the last day) ■ “Art Walk” Official URL: https://www.hanshin-dept.jp/dept/e/bizyutsusanpo/ “Hello Culture” is an art gallery at the Hanshin Umeda Main Store, which actively disseminates paintings, objects, art miscellaneous goods, etc. that you can enjoy close to you.
This time we will introduce Tsuyoshi Suzuki, a Japanese painter who draws “laughing animals”, inheriting the Rinpa school, which is famous for its high design and gorgeous paintings that effectively use gold and silver backgrounds.
“‘Laughter’ is an expression of a spirit of acceptance, and it is also an expression of strength. I would appreciate it if you could touch the dignified kindness of the ‘laughing animals’,” says Suzuki. In this exhibition, we will exhibit the works of “Laughing Animals” that are suitable for the beginning of 2023.
Please take this opportunity to have a look.
