Inoviot Co., Ltd. (head office: Chuo-ku, Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture; Representative Director: Hiroya Fukuda; hereinafter referred to as Inobiot), which operates the online programming school “Mirai Academia”, and plans and develops the programming education service “embot” *1. e-Craft Co., Ltd. (Daikanyama, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Kazutoshi Nukata, hereinafter referred to as e-Craft) will jointly hold a teaching material development and programming education event using embot on Tuesday, December 6, 2022. We are pleased to inform you that we have formed a business alliance with
Based on the philosophy of “protecting a future where each child can open up their potential,” Inobiot aims to improve children’s non-cognitive abilities through programming education, etc. And the core of our business is to expand the range of interests. e-Craft is based on the idea of ”creating a society where programming languages are as familiar as Japanese.” We are developing our business with the aim of nurturing children’s “creative power” and “thinking power” with the aim of “experiencing new value creation using programming”.

Through this business alliance, Inobiot’s knowledge gained from being involved in programming education for a total of more than 20,000 children and the development capabilities of e-Craft, which develops embot teaching materials adopted by many local governments and boards of education, will be combined. Together, Mirai Academia will provide original programming education and hold events.
We will develop original schools and events that propose new ways to play and use embot so that children who have touched embot at elementary school, at events, at home, etc. can continue to touch embot. By exposing children to many embots, we provide an education that nurtures programming thinking while eliciting inspiration and curiosity such as “I want to make something like this” and “I want to move it like that”.
Inobiot will continue to expand the lessons and events of “Mirai Academia” and contribute to further enhancing opportunities for programming education and STEAM education * 2 for children at home. In addition, e-Craft is working to further promote the spread of embot so that anyone can freely handle “programming” and increase the number of human resources who can create a convenient life with their own creativity and ingenuity. We aim to create programming teaching materials that can be used at home and at educational institutions. *1: “Embot” is a programming education robot that is created using familiar items such as cardboard, electronic parts, and apps, and is widely used in programming education.

*2: STEAM education is defined by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology in a wide range of areas including art, culture, life, economy, law, politics, ethics, etc. in addition to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). This is an education that promotes interdisciplinary learning so that learning in each subject can be used to discover and solve problems in the real world.
