What is “Offers”, a side job and career change service for IT engineers/designers?
Offers is a side job and career change service that specializes in human resources involved in product development, such as IT engineers, designers, and PdM. By sending offers to Offers registrants and posting job vacancies on “Offers Jobs”, we create encounters with companies and human resources involved in product development, and support the growth of individual careers and businesses.
Updated “Candidate Search” feature

Background of updating the “candidate search” function
The “Candidate Search” function is a function that allows you to search for Offers users who meet the conditions. Recruiters of companies and on-site IT engineers/designers use it when searching for candidates who meet the conditions of their company.
With the previous “candidate search” function, there were few search conditions, and the search conditions were not displayed unless the user moved the mouse over them, making it difficult to find suitable personnel for the company.
Therefore, we conducted interviews with our customers, and added the necessary items to find candidates that are more suitable for our company, and adjusted the UI.
With this update, it will be easier for you to narrow down your search based on the conditions necessary for your company and to understand the overall picture of search items, making it easier to find suitable personnel for each company’s situation.
We will continue to develop and provide services that users want to use, and provide more encounters.
