Smart Value Co., Ltd. (Headquarters), which is engaged in
administrative digitalization and smart cities centered on cloud services, as an operating company that has acquired the preferential negotiation rights in 2021 for the Shinko Jetty West District (No. 2 Jetty) redevelopment project publicly offered by Kobe City. : Chuo-ku, Osaka City, Director and Representative Executive Officer Jun Shibuya) and NTT DoCoMo Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO Motoyuki Ii) will work together to develop the arena development plan NTT Urban Development Co., Ltd. privately-established and privately-owned arena project by a consortium of three companies.
The raison d’être of this project is to raise the heart rate of the world. Based on the arena, we will create new surprises and excitement through the fusion of sports, entertainment, and digital while co-creating with various partners. , we will promote Kobe’s landmark project that we can be proud of for the next generation. In addition, we will work to realize a sustainable society, aiming to contribute to the revitalization of the area around the arena on a daily basis and create an arena that solves social issues.

2. Arena facilities
The exterior design of the arena, which will open on the 30th anniversary of the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, expresses the image of “transmitting excitement and excitement from Kobe and spreading its wings to the world.” After opening, home games will be held as the home ground of “Nishinomiya Stokes” belonging to B.LEAGUE
(professional basketball league), and the facility will be able to accommodate various events such as music concerts, sporting events, and MICE.
