[JKK Tokyo x Setagaya Ward] “JKK Tokyo Housing Consultation” held to support single-parent families looking for a home
JKK Tokyo (Tokyo Metropolitan Housing Supply Corporation: Shibuya Ward, Tokyo; Chairman: Keizo Nakai; hereinafter referred to as “JKK”) and Setagaya Ward have launched the “JKK Tokyo for Single Parent Families” to support single-parent households in finding housing. JKK’s move-in support measures for single-parent households
In order for single-parent households to move into JKK housing smoothly, we provide support by (1) easing income screening, (2) rent discount system, and (3) setting up a dedicated consultation hotline for moving-in assistance for single-parent households. increase. The target housing is all JKK housing, and if the monthly income standard for JKK housing is not met, the “child-raising allowance” and “child-rearing allowance” issued by each local government can be added to the monthly income amount.
(2) Rent discount system “Kodomo Sukusuku Wari”
We will reduce the rent of JKK housing by 20%.
