In collaboration with WASTE, which sells gelato made from discarded vegetables, we will be selling a special Christmas parfait for two days only.
The soup takeout specialty store “TapTap” operated by JuicyJapan LLC (Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo / Representative employee: Naoatsu Sumiya) will be open for two days, December 24th (Sat) and 25th (Sun), 2022, only for Christmas. We will sell a special parfait.
This time, in collaboration with “WASTE”, which sells gelato made from discarded vegetables, we will be selling a special Christmas parfait for two days only.

“WASTE” was launched by Ayumu Kashiwabara, a food coordinator who has also appeared in Bachelor Japan, and is working to spread the word about the effective use of waste vegetables to the world.
As part of this activity, we also sell gelato made from discarded vegetables. TapTap is also working on “reducing plastic waste by providing soup in soup jars”, and this collaboration was realized from the common point that both are doing activities related to SDGs.
The theme this time is “Another X’mas”.
The vegetables, which were originally supposed to be thrown away, reappear with a new look of gelato, hence the name “Another”. Also, on the same day, we will also start the “Serious ○○ made by a soup shop” series.
In the “serious series”, which changes the theme every month, we will sell “pizza” this time.
