■ Cream melon
Cut into large pieces, the melon pulp-filled cream with enhanced flavor and flesh is wrapped in a soft dough made from domestically produced wheat. The melon skin with an increased amount of melon puree is rich in flavor and tailored to give you a more crispy feeling. *Domestic wheat: 50% of the flour ingredients in the bread dough (excluding biscuit dough)
■ Chocolate Coronet
Old-fashioned handmade bread in the shape of a conch shell. I put chocolate cream inside.
■ Ripe 6 pieces
Bread that has been fermented for a long time at a low temperature to fully bring out the aroma and sweetness of wheat. When toasted, the outside is crispy and the inside is chewy. Whipped cream was mixed with the dough to make it melt in the mouth.
■ Curry naan that melts
By heating, the spice-scented curry filling that melts even more is wrapped in a dough made from domestic wheat and baked.
