What is “THE POTENTIAL”, a female career education method for future key persons?
This is a female career education method independently developed by LiLi based on many years of female career education know-how, and more than 24,000 people have already taken it.
In modern Japan, in addition to being the worst developed country in terms of low self-esteem, women are 7.5% lower than men, making it a major social issue that hinders women’s social advancement. However, the reality is that gendered innovation has not yet been achieved in business and education. Business has been run mainly by men, and there are areas where the evaluation and utilization of the female brain is unexplored. When considering diversity, I believe that there is a way for women to play an active role in business by making use of the characteristics of the female brain, rather than doing business with the same thinking as men. has not been established. In fact, test results have shown that the majority of women who have taken “THE POTENTIAL” are thinking about advancing their careers. Of the 100 participants, 13% said they wanted to improve their careers (willingness to be promoted), but after taking the course, 93% responded that they wanted to improve their careers.
We believe that our method can greatly contribute to producing women who will shape Japan in the future, such as increasing the number of female managers in companies based on the Act on Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace and producing female entrepreneurs.
We are currently receiving inquiries from companies and universities that are considering various introductions, but we plan to release a further updated women’s education service in 2023. We are planning to add a function that will surely encourage growth by providing an educational program that suits each person based on more detailed personalized data through a self-developed potential diagnosis.
