The “Oyster Shan” fair, which is unique to this season, will be held at “Maimon Ginza” from December 1st (Thursday), which will satisfy such people.
We purchase a wide variety of oysters from all over Japan and the world, and prepare recommended ones for each day. We will prepare oysters from different production areas for each piece, so you can eat and compare delicious oysters that show different flavors depending on the production area.
As a champagne that you can enjoy pairing with oysters, we have prepared “Porges Brut”, which has a light gold color and beautiful bubbles. The fresh acidity brings out the rich umami of the raw oysters, and the long aftertaste is pleasant.
The fair menu is a set of 2 pieces of raw oysters and a glass of champagne for 980 yen. We have prepared a variety of “Kaki Shan” menus to meet various needs, including a very advantageous menu with free flow (all-you-can-drink champagne).
