■ Start of 1st class upgrade challenge (monthly delivery / use within the delivery month)
At the beginning of every month, we will start a “1st class upgrade challenge” where you can move up to the 1st class seat on the car ferry by lottery. The winning result will be immediately known on the spot, and the winning customer will be able to present the car ferry 2nd class ticket and the unused winning coupon at the window of each port within 1 month of the delivery month.
