BAKKEN RECORD x Pony Canyon original animation “Turkey!” Starts!

Today, BAKKEN RECORD x Pony Canyon’s original animation “Turkey!” has been announced.
This work will be an original animation created jointly by Tatsunoko Pro’s new label, BAKKEN RECORD, and Pony Canyon, which has worked on numerous original animations.
The teaser visual that has been lifted shows five high school girls spending their time on the station platform, perhaps waiting for a train. The attached copy reads, “Our story can’t be told just because it’s fun.” The character designer is Airi Takegawa.
The scriptwriter is Naomi Hiruta, who boasts representative works of TV dramas such as NHK drama “This will not pay for expenses!” Expectations are rising as to what kind of story will be spun in the anime world.
Also, the beautiful terraced rice fields depicted in the teaser visual are of interest, but this work is said to be set in Chikuma City, Nagano Prefecture. Chikuma City will also have a booth at Comic Market 101, which will be held at Tokyo Big Sight from tomorrow, and a limited number of Chikuma City specialty apricot-scented fans with character settings printed on them will be distributed free of charge.
