Kobe Strawberry Collection 2023 Soco Sweets Buffet Pearl Strawberry Princess At Kobe Portopia Hotel Co., Ltd. (Chuo-ku, Kobe, General Manager Tsuyoshi Ito), the strawberry sweets buffet “PEARL STRAWBERRY PRINCESS” will be held at the dining cafe SOCO from Saturday, January 14, 2023. It will be held on Sunday, May 7th. In Season 1 (until March 31), under the theme of “Glamorous Princess”, sweets designed based on pink and black will express the world of gorgeous princesses. The previous 2022 event was held for 114 days and was used by more than 10,000 customers, making it a very popular strawberry sweets buffet every year. The gorgeous world view of the princess will be developed with the key point of the fashion item “pearl”. The first half of season 1 is titled “Glamorous Princess” and expresses “a strong-minded princess” with sweets based on pink and black. We have a variety of flavors for adults, such as the sweet and sour taste of strawberries, the bitterness of chocolate, and champagne jelly. Before the start of the strawberry sweets buffet, there will be a shooting time, and you can enjoy taking pictures of the sparkling fresh strawberries and sweets lined up on the buffet table. And start with the welcome sweets, pearl princess chocolate parfait, which is prepared one by one on the table. A parfait with layers of chocolate cream and strawberry sauce with a pearl motif.
