At monthly study sessions by our consultants, prospective candidates learn about Funai Soken Logistics’ business, corporate culture, and the logistics industry, and prepare content to help them grasp their image after joining the company. At this round-table discussion, three employees took the podium and answered questions collected from prospective employees. The self-introduction, which changes the theme every time, is a place where you can learn about a new side of the prospective candidate.
In addition, we will hold a 3-day winter internship from November for job-hunting students who will graduate in 2024.
It is directly connected to the selection process, and unlike other consulting companies, Funai’s consulting method, content that deepens understanding of the company and culture, was well received last year as well.
