On December 20, 2022, the Japan Horse Riding Promotion Association released the 2022 winter issue of the free magazine Horse Travel. “Umatabi” will be distributed at horse riding clubs, tourist facilities, public facilities, educational institutions, etc. nationwide with the aim of popularizing horse riding in Japan. racehorses. Currently, a thoroughbred Gewurz (born in Kagoshima Prefecture, 6 years old, live in Okayama Prefecture) who was judged to be incompetent by the Japan Horse Riding Promotion Association and could not become a racehorse, and a retired racehorse born in Ireland who became a racehorse in Japan Satonogurian (born in Ireland, 5 years old, stable in Aichi Prefecture) continues to support retraining so that they can play an active role as “riding horses” as a second career.
