Seibu Realty Solutions Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; President: Tomohide Saito) will hold the “Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho New Year’s Eve on Saturday, January 14, 2023 at Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho. Concert 2023” will be held.
Due to the historical background of Kioicho, where musicians and cultural figures lived and cultural exchanges took place, this facility has regularly held music concerts such as the KIOI CONCERT. This time, we will deliver the familiar Vienna Waltz and nostalgic film music from the Vienna Philharmonic New Year’s Concert. Please come to the concert that is suitable for the beginning of 2023. In addition, Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho will be illuminated with approximately 400,000 lights until February 28, 2023 (Tuesday). Along with the eco-friendly illumination powered by electricity derived from renewable energy, a wide variety of restaurants offer menus that will warm your body and soul. There are also rest spaces on each floor in the building, so you can enjoy the illuminations with peace of mind even in the cold. We look forward to seeing you there.
Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho New Year Concert 2023
Since its opening, the New Year’s Concert will be held for the 6th time due to its popularity. In the new year of 2023, an ensemble with wind and percussion instruments will return for the first time in three years. We will deliver fun masterpieces such as the Viennese operetta masterpiece “Die Fledermaus” overture, the classic “Blue Danube” at the beginning of the year, and a medley of Mozart’s gems. In addition, the sound of “It’s Tough Being a Man” composed by Naozumi Yamamoto, a graduate of Tokyo University of the Arts, and “New Cinema Paradise” by Morricone, a master of film music, will be included in the program for anyone to enjoy. Please enjoy the elegant moment that marks the beginning of the new year with the performance by the “Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho Chamber Orchestra” composed of musicians who graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts, along with commentary on the music.

KIOI WINTER FOREST: Lighting ceremony held
The Christmas tree “KIOI WINTER FOREST” that was exhibited last year spent time in the production area from spring to autumn, and returned to Kioicho for the first time in a year.
On November 18th (Friday), a lighting ceremony was held for the first time in three years, and while office workers in the neighborhood helped decorate the tree, we celebrated the “reunion” together. *The Christmas tree will be on display until December 25th (Sun). [Image 2
