Pâté de campagne of “Mogami Kamo” from Yamagata Prefecture, cassoulet of “Iwanaka Pork” from Iwate Prefecture and “Forest Chicken” from Miyagi Prefecture, and the classic winter dish “” The Bouillabaisse” is available as a course.
