At this fair, in addition to selling sweets and bakery items that use plenty of Japanese ingredients such as matcha, red beans, yuzu, and soybean flour, we will also be selling the #Sheraton Sweets Box, which is a collection of mini sweets that are popular every month, and is perfect for New Year’s parties. The “Friday Sweets Buffet” will also feature sweets with a “Japanese” theme.

・Matcha and Hojicha Verrine 900 yen
An elegant glass dessert with the sweetness and bitterness of deep, rich matcha and aromatic hojicha. Please enjoy the soft texture of the astringent chestnuts inside.

・Red bean paste and white sesame mousse 900 yen
A cube-shaped Japanese-style mousse with chewy brown sugar jelly and white sesame mousse inside red bean mousse. It is a blissful sweet with a rich taste that will make you feel relieved with the gentle sweetness of soybean that spreads in your mouth the moment you put it in your mouth.

・Yuzu fromage 900 yen
A sweet that allows you to enjoy the harmony of refreshing yuzu and rich rare cheese. Brightly colored with kumquat compote, yuzu peel, blueberries, red currants, etc., it is a gorgeous sweet perfect for New Year’s celebrations.

A Japanese-style cream bread filled with rich brown sugar syrup and kinako cream. It contains gyuhi wrapped in walnuts, so you can enjoy the texture similar to daifuku.
・Long onion and bamboo shoot meat miso oyaki bread (photo on the right) 400 yen A chewy dough made with Tako rice from Chiba Prefecture, wrapped in meat miso with green onions, bamboo shoots, eggplant, and shiitake mushrooms, is a hearty Japanese-style deli bread finished in an oyaki style.

“#Sheraton Sweets Box” is a jewelry box-like collection of 8 types of mini sweets that are popular every month. This time, we have collected a number of beautiful Japanese sweets and created a dish that is like a “sweets osechi” suitable for New Year’s celebrations.
